The situation was funny and “liun sui” (messy). All the winners wear eager to get a glimpse of their prize money and trophies. The guys were teasing and asked the girls why they never dress up for the prize giving ceremony and Shirley retorted that she forgot to bring her night gown. Then Desmond added that she should just go Sg. Wang to “set up” her hair. Incidentally the winners of the Women’s doubles (from another department) were actually in full make up when they were playing last Saturday, so we really wondered if they really did go to the salon before going for the prize giving ceremony haha. (Hello, this is a sports prize giving ceremony, not your high school prom, ok?…. hahaha)
